We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases, including correct shipping details.ย Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not refundable.

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. Variations in lighting or screens may cause minor differences, which are not considered defects.

Some products may have small size discrepancies due to manufacturing abnormalities, and is also not considered defective.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Processing times and transit estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy.

Once an order is marked โ€œDeliveredโ€ by the carrier, regardless if inclusive of GPS or photographic confirmation, it is considered delivered.ย Refunds are not issued for orders marked delivered by the carrier.

Long transit times, customs delays, and tracking scan gaps are not grounds for chargebacks.

6. Damage, Loss, Replacements, and Free Gifts

Damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with required photo or video evidence.

Our standard resolution is free replacement.
Refunds may be provided only if a replacement is unavailable.

Claims cannot be processed without evidence.

Free or promotional gifts are offered as a courtesy only and areย not guaranteed. Availability and fulfillment depend on external supply, shipping, and operational factors beyond our control. Free gifts are not included in the purchase price, have no cash value, and may be substituted, delayed, or omitted entirely. Failure to receive a free gift does not constitute a breach of sale and does not entitle the customer to any form of compensation.

7. 10-Year Warranty

Select products include a 10-year mechanical warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, cosmetic wear, misuse, water exposure, or external forces.

Eligibility and resolution (repair or replacement) are determined at our sole discretion.
